Enquire NowThis 1-day course is for people who are new to scaffolding. Existing CISRS Scaffolding Labourer (green) card holders will need to take this course to renew their card every five years.
The course teaches the basics of the industry and how to work safely with scaffolding and access equipment. On successful completion of the course we will apply on your behalf for the CISRS Scaffolder Trainee card or the CISRS Scaffolder Labour card.

This 10-day course is for people who have held a CISRS Labourer card for three months. The course teaches the core skills of scaffolding. It covers how to safely erect, alter and dismantle basic scaffolding structures.

This 10 day course is for people who have spent at least six months on site since passing the CISRS Scaffolding part 1 course. This programme also includes the Level 2 NVQ Portfolio.
You will learn how to safely erect, alter and dismantle scaffolding structures, working as part of a team.

Successful completion of the 1-day skills test is a mandatory element of the CISRS scheme. This is regardless of whether the trainee has previously achieved his VQ via another route e.g. OSAT. A CISRS card will not be issued to those who fail to successfully complete the 1-day skills test. If a candidate fails the skills test, they must re-sit at a later date after gaining sufficient experience.
This 1-day CISRS Practical Skills Assessment is for scaffolders who have previously passed the Part 1 and Part 2 Tube and Fitting courses, acquired the necessary practical experience and achieved the Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Accessing Operations and Rigging (Construction) – Scaffolding. It will assess and verify your knowledge of the scaffolding skills learned on these courses.
There needs to be a gap of six months from finishing the CISRS Scaffolding Tube & Fitting – Part Two, before you can book for this training programme.
On successful completion of the course we will apply on your behalf for the CISRS Scaffolder Card.

This 3-day course is for scaffolders who have not been able to complete the Level 2 NVQ/SVQ because they were unable to collect evidence for their portfolio.
It is an alternative route to completing a work-based portfolio for S/NVQ Level 2, where operatives can undertake a practical assessment and interview, at a participating CISRS Accredited Centre, to prove they have the skills and knowledge to be deemed competent.

This 10 day CISRS course is for people who hold the CISRS Scaffolder Card (blue card). This programme also includes the Level 3 NVQ Portfolio.

This 2-day CISRS assessment is designed to assess your scaffolding knowledge and expertise.
It is suitable for scaffolders who have worked on site for at least six months since passing the Advanced Scaffolding course and hold an S/NVQ level 3 Access & Rigging Operations.
On successful completion of the course we will apply on your behalf for the CISRS Advanced Scaffolder Card.

This course is for CISRS scaffolder/advanced card holders’ Construction Managers and Supervisors who need to manage Scaffold operations. It will enhance your professional development and help you to gain evidence to achieve NVQ management/supervisory qualifications.
This course aims to develop the core management skills you need to effectively supervise scaffolding operations.
On successful completion of the course we will apply on your behalf for the CISRS Scaffolding Supervisor Card. Please make sure that you have read and understood the entry requirements (see below) and booking terms and conditions for this course.

This course is for Scaffolding Managers and Supervisors who need to renew their CISRS Scaffolding Supervisor card. The Scaffolding Managers and Supervisors Card needs to be renewed every five years. You are required to complete a two-day refresher course prior to renewing your card.
This course aims to review the core management skills you need to effectively supervise scaffolding operations.

The Basic Scaffold Inspection training is delivered by CISRS Accredited Centres over 3 consecutive days. It is aimed at anyone who is responsible for carrying out statutory scaffold inspections on basic scaffolding structures in accordance, with the Work at Height Regulations 2005 and scaffolders wishing to expand their knowledge of scaffold inspection.
Delegates may include employees from outside of the scaffolding industry such as Site Managers and Agents, Site Engineers, Health and Safety Professionals etc. These delegates will need to submit a CV to confirm a minimum of 2 years of experience in the role – see mandatory qualifications.
The course will cover basic scaffolding structures and the fundamental requirements for safe and legally compliant scaffolding.

This course is for people who hold a CISRS Advanced Scaffold Inspection Card (or previous equivalent), a CISRS Scaffolder Card for at least two years, or a CISRS Advanced Scaffolder Card (blue card).
You will learn the appropriate safety regulations and develop the ability to interpret design specifications and statutory regulations when inspecting complex/designed scaffolding structures for faults.
You will gain the CISRS Advanced Scaffolding Inspection Training Scheme (SITS Advanced) certificate on passing the course and we will apply for your CISRS Advanced Scaffold Inspection card.

This course has been developed to refresh the delegate’s existing knowledge, to ensure that the delegate is made fully aware of changes in legislation and good working practices and to provide additional training, to align their skill-set with the contents of current CISRS Scaffolder/Advanced Scaffolder Courses.
Those attending this course will qualify to renew their CISRS Scaffolding card.
This one day course is aimed at anyone who uses scaffolding as part of their work or has responsibilities for managing site scaffolding operations.
It will provide attendees with a greater understanding and appreciation of the potential dangers of working at height on scaffolds and enable them to identify the core components of a safe scaffold.
This course will also provide the delegate with an insight into scaffold best practice and what they should expect from their scaffold contractor.
